We make the approach specific and strategic. We have to look at your physiology and see where function is compromised and optimize diet and lifestyle.
But even if you eat the most perfect diet and take all the supplements, the most impactful driver, or source of your stress, is mental and emotional stress. So, we don't just look at what you are eating, but what is eating you.
