I remember the first time I had this realization.  Because the food, I had that dialed in. 
​I was doing "everything right."  So WHY didn't I feel better

"Better" will mean something different for everyone.  This is where I talk about energetics and coherence.  We want you to be and feel Coherent. Aligned. Like a transformer with all it's parts in the right places and transformed into the YOU that you know is most true.  This is a distinct feeling, knowing, alignment, state of being that always guide us.

This this whole other side I wasn't looking at.  I knew it was there (and so do you, even if you don't realize it) I just didn't want to look at it... for a couple reasons.  First, after starting my Masters in Holistic Nutrition in 2008, I was so focused on nutrition and the food.  I thought could eat my way out of anything... so I thought. 

And this is so common, I like to call food and chaning the diet the "gateway drug" - it's an obvious first place to start.  And yes, you DO start to feel better, but not the better that you are truly craving.  You can still feel this static, or disconnect somewhere within yourself.   

Second, I didn't really know what to do about it.  With food, there were lists.  Eat this, don't eat that.  It was pretty cut and dry.  It was a profound moment for me when I truly got this... 

It's about the food. . . but it's not about the food.   
​And  life changed.

Only a few years later in 2012 my path and studies drastically shifted.  With fresh eyes, and a renewed focus I was determined to make this side of health just as accessible as navigating a food list.  

​There are numerous areas of work I have studied, took courses, trainings, and certifications to further this journey.  From Lifestyle Design, Food Psychology, EFT, Quantum Biofeedback, Transpersonal Energy Healing, BioField Therapy, Biotypes, Systemic Psychology and my favorite... The Work of Byron Katie. It's this unique combination that has changed me in ways a green smoothie could never touch.    

How It Works.

 
Looking at yourself in a real, raw, honest way can sometimes feel terrifying.  This is the stuff you don't understand about yourself, so the thought of actually meeting these unknown, or unexplored, parts of yourself might be uncomfortable. 

But, you've been looking away long enough and you can feel the un-ease.  I will gently guide you at looking each area in the eye with grace, humility, and even a little humor.  It's not as scary as you think... I promise.

This process can bring swift relief, more than anything I've ever experienced.  It's like being lost in the wilderness for what seems like your whole life, then being home, standing on the doorstop.  And that front door suddenly feels, oh so familiar.

In our initial session, we'll put it all out there.  Then together, we'll decide on the focus and progression of our work together based on what level of commitment feels best to you.
