ā€‹The way you live your life is either allowing you to thrive and create vibrant health and feelings of joy and happiness, or your lifestyle can be what is driving your symptoms, leaving you feeling stuck, depleted, unhappy, and sick.
So… if you want to change how you feel, you need to change how you live.
Your LIFE-style is the accumulation of your beliefs, the emotions those beliefs generate, and the choices and actions you choose (your life-style) based on how you emotionally feel. When you repeat those choices day after day, week after week, and year after year, you wire habits and patterns into your physiology, which manifests as your physical body.
But here is the thing with the energy of habits and patterns: If you do them over and over, they get chemically wired into your body and you become unconscious to them. You become addicted to them. You become blind to them.
And you can’t see what is right in front of you . . . BUT you can FEEL it. ā€‹

I mean, ninety some percent of lifestyle changes fail and you go back to your old ways of being. Otherwise referred to as PATTERNS. Ever wonder why?

Then, with intention, we use Conscious Lifestyle Design to more fully step into the changes you've been wanting to make... so they stick. And you finally feel the relief and ease you knew you needed.
